Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:
✔ Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and at least 50% of the pack must be unused.
✔ How to Request a Return: Email our customer support team at info@sealdwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
✔ Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive your returned item.
✔ Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
